Ethics

We shall conduct our business with good business ethics, morals and integrity, be socially responsible and ensure people's well-being, whether they are employees, colleagues, customers, suppliers or community citizens in general, and thereby contribute to positive social development. We will achieve market and industry respect and trust through:

  • To carry out our assignments in accordance with good business practice, and with the skills and resources required by the assignment or task. Our assignments must be characterized by correct business relationships, clear agreements and with respect for both competitors and customers and suppliers.

  • To not undertake any assignments that are contrary to law, regulation or general legal opinion.

  • To strive for healthy competition, and not harm the reputation of other parties and colleagues, or cause them harm by unknowingly and without factual criticism of our products or services. 

  • To not undertake assignments, cooperate or hire actors who work unduly in a documented way. We distance ourselves from black-work, jobs in the gray sector and money laundering which must be actively counteracted.

  • To, in accordance with good marketing practice, marketing our services and products in a fact-based and credible manner in accordance with the Marketing Act and other relevant regulations. 

  • To have a strict attitude to so-called contact and relationship-building measures in the form of, for example, unfair travels and gifts. We must distance ourselves and actively counteract corruption. 

  • To act in accordance with the United Nations Declaration on Human Rights, and ILO's 8 core conventions on human rights in working life and respect the equal value and rights of all people, and counteract discrimination without distinction of gender, race, colour, language, religion or other position.

Travels

We offer on-site services to customers / projects across a large geographical area and travel is due to that a natural and business-critical part of our business. We do take need, environmental-, economic-, and time-impact into consideration in our choice of mode of travel and travels in general. We shall be a climate-smart and credible alternative, that will live up to the customer's stated climate and sustainability goals and become a natural choice for the flooring consultancy services on our market.

Travels by Car:  The vast majority of our local and regional travels are by car. Electric cars charged with renewable or fossil-free electricity, contributes to sustainable car-travels with low climate footprints.

Travels by Train: Trains are climate-smart, and we travel by train in cases where it works with the destination, nature of the assignment, other logistics and time. 

Travel by Air:  Flying is and always will be a natural part of travelling in our modern society, and we do not have any problems choosing to fly as a part of our business travels, as it is a very time efficient way of travel and in some cases even business critical. Our flights are climate-compensated.
