Inspections, claim investigation assignments and other building site related services are subject to ABK-09 (General Conditions of Contract for Consulting Agreements for Architectural and Engineering Assignments.). 

Industrial Services as product and manufacturing related assignments and services related to product/environmental assessments are subject to NKL-07 (General Conditions for Consulting Agreements on a time basis).Clause 18 of NKL-07 includes a non-disclosure clause.

Relevant conditions will be stated at assignment agreement stage. NKL-07 will apply as default in the absence of any specific agreement.

Flooring Consultancy Scandinavia AB (org. no. 559245-6999) holds the required company and consultant liability insurance in accordance with the conditions in the above regulations.
